Backcountry
Whistler Blackcomb has several backcountry gates where experienced skiers and riders can access the wild expanses of Garibaldi Provincial Park. The resort even sells backcountry tickets that you can use to ride lifts to access backcountry terrain.
Please remember, backcountry skiing and riding pose serious dangers with avalanches and unmarked obstacles. You should only enter the backcountry with appropriate training and equipment.
