Women in Powder

Join us for Women's Weekend We are a community that is dedicated to cultivating a welcoming, supportive and empowering environment for women in the ski and snowboard community. We aim to increase women’s participation, skill levels, and connection to snow sports, guided by experiences tailored to women's unique interests and needs. Join our ski clinics and build lasting connections, inspire personal growth and have fun along the way. All are welcome at our events, regardless of background or status. Because mountains don't have ceilings.

Women's Weekend

Women's multi-day ski clinics & events designed to create a supportive, skill-building experience. The camps includes intermediate and advanced skill-building, social connection moments, and wellness-focused activities.

International Women’s Day

Join us for an enterprise-wide celebration of International Women’s Day as we come together across Vail Resorts to uplift and celebrate women in snow sports. Through our Women in Powder initiative, we’re creating meaningful moments on the mountain that champion empowerment, access, connection, and representation.

Participating resorts will host locally scaled activations designed to bring our community together and spotlight women in the sport.
