The Heavenly Day Care Center provides a variety of play and ski programs dedicated to helping children build on their strengths, interests and emerging abilities in a rich, stimulating and supportive environment. Located at the California Lodge, our center provides high-quality child care for children ages 6-weeks through 6-years old. The center is licensed by the state of California and meets or exceeds all state licensing regulations.
Day Care Program
Our day care program lets parents enjoy their ski holiday while providing child care full of age-appropriate play activities, including art, dramatic play, science, music and movement, circle time, small manipulatives, puppet play, storytelling, and of course, outdoor adventure time.
Ski/Play Program
Designed for children aged three to four, the Ski/Play Program offers a one-hour ski clinic for small playgroups of three to four children. This unique program takes the children on a visit to the Enchanted Forest, while introducing them to their skis and the sliding movement. The program prides itself on building kids’ self-esteem and a lifelong love of skiing.
Half & Half Program
The Half & Half Program is designed for children aged four to five who aren't quite ready for a whole day of skiing, but still want to have fun on the slopes. The program features a two-hour morning ski clinic followed by lunch and afternoon playtime.
Nanny for a Day Program
Enjoy the peace of mind of having one caregiver accompany your child during the day in any of our programs. This specialized care option lets your child play in a group setting while receiving the individual attention of a qualified early childhood educator.
Food & Naps
All of our ski holiday child care programs provide nutritious snacks and lunches for children over 12 months. Mothers may visit the center at any time to breastfeed their infants or toddlers. If your child has any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please bring a lunch and snack for them.
