Vail

Coveted as North America's top ski resort, Vail is an extraordinary winter vacation destination. Spanning seven miles are the seven legendary Back Bowls of Vail; blanketed last year with forty-three feet of powder snow. Under a blue sky three-hundred days a year and with more groomed terrain than anywhere on the planet, families reconnect and celebrate from year to year and generation to generation. Vail is truly remarkable. From the world-renowned Snowsports School to the first-class activities and festivals, shops and spas, cosmopolitan dining and nightlife.

What's more, we offer world-class hotel and condominium accommodations for any lodging need. And it doesn't stop there. After hours, your opportunities for outdoor activities continue at Eagle's Nest at Eagle Bahn Gondola. You can also take the free scenic gondola ride to Adventure Ridge and try exciting ski-biking, adventurous snowshoe tours, tubing, or relax at our family friendly Bistro Fourteen. For fine dining, take a scenic snowcat ride to Game Creek Restaurant-a European-style chalet nestled in one of Vail's famed back bowls. Enjoy continental cuisine, an extensive wine list and 4-star service.

Whatever your adventure, you'll find Vail an experience like nothing on earth.

Beaver Creek

Beaver Creek

When you enter the gates of Beaver Creek, you leave everyday life behind. People come from all over the world for that feeling, and many make it a tradition. The ski terrain is legendary, and spectacularly varied. In fact, this is the only mountain in North America to regularly host the Men’s World Cup ski races on the Birds of Prey downhill race course.

In Beaver Creek Village, an outdoor escalator whisks you and your gear to a winter wonderland with immaculate grooming. A place where you can expect to be pampered; where the staff is trained to not just provide, but anticipate what guests want. It’s no wonder Beaver Creek has won the Best Overall Customer Service Award from the National Ski Association five years in a row.

Hone your skills at the Ivy League of ski schools and rise to the top of your class. At the end of the ski day, reward yourself with a fresh chocolate chip cookie served daily by Cookie Time chefs, and tell your friends about your amazing day on the slopes. We’ll even mail a collector postcard anywhere in the world, free of charge.

Awaken slopeside, amid a warm, intimate village that combines the polish and refinement of a five-star resort with a relaxed, family atmosphere. Enjoy world-class cuisine, blissful spas and captivating performing arts. After the lifts close, take the kids for a sleigh-ride dinner to Beano’s Cabin or SaddleRidge, a living western museum. And check out complimentary family programs offered each night of the week. Highlights include a glow stick ski-down and fireworks display, family snowshoe tours, outdoor ice skating and much more. Arapahoe Basin

Arapahoe Basin

An immortal winter giant, the mountain stands tall with a summit elevation of 13,050 feet, blanketed in fresh snow. From the base, it invites you, calm and silently. Over one hundred trails expertly carved through its depths and seven chairlifts taking excited patrons to the sky, you stand in awe, captivated by its brilliance as the sun peaks curiously through the snow-filled clouds. It is the legendary Arapahoe Basin. Open from October to early June, Arapahoe Basin has one of the longest ski seasons in North America and is usually the first ski area to open for the season. The front side of the mountain is known for the challenging Pallavicini and East Wall terrain as well as the two highest terrain parks in North America. You can also explore the back side of A-Basin when you head into Montezuma Bowl. With this recent addition, there is twice the natural beauty to explore, more high-alpine groomed runs, bowls, chutes, and glades, all serviced by a new quad chair lift.

Visit Arapahoe Basin during the spring season to catch a variety of on-mountain and base area events, like Festival of The Brewpubs, Huck Rock n' Roll or The Grind. Park for free and up close in the Early Riser lot and spend the day on "The Beach." No matter what time of year it is, everyone should experience the legend.
