What is the Turn In Your Ticket promotion? 

  • This promotion allows guests who purchase and use a lift ticket between 3/7/17 and 4/23/17 to subtract the price of that ticket from the full price of a 17/18 season pass. You can only receive the credit when purchasing a 2017/18 Season Pass from Vail Resorts.

Is this email promo different than the existing on-mountain TIYT?

  • No, there is no difference. The promotion can be redeemed by calling a season pass expert at 970-754-0005 by 4/23/17 or by visiting a resort ticket window before that resort is closed for the season.

Who is eligible for this promotion?

  • Anyone who did not have a Season Pass during the 2016/2017 season and purchased and skied on a paid lift ticket from 3/7/17 to 4/23/17 is eligible for this promotion.
What if I had a pass in 2015/2016, do I still qualify?
  • As long as you did not have a pass during the 2016/2017 season, yes, you qualify for this promotion.

How does a guest redeem this offer?

  • You can redeem by calling a Season Pass Expert at 970-754-0005 by 4/23/17 or by visiting a resort ticket window before that resort is closed.  The offer ends on 4/23/2017.

If I purchased more than one lift ticket do I get a rebate for the price of multiple days?

  • No.  You will only receive a credit for the cost of one day of their lift ticket purchase.

Can I receive this offer if I pay $49 down for a season pass?

  • No.  It is only available for "Pay-in-Full’ season pass purchases, not for $49 down. 

What if I already paid $49 down for my 17/18 pass but want to take advantage of the promotion?

  • You would need to pay the remainder of their balance now, in order to qualify for a credit towards the 17/18 pass.  You can do so by calling a season pass expert at 970-754-0005 by 4/23/17 or by visiting a resort ticket window before that resort is closed.

Is this offer only good if I purchase an Epic Pass?

  • This promotion is available for all season pass purchases.

What if I purchased and used a lift ticket between 3/7/17 and 4/23/ and have already purchased a 2017/18 season pass?

  • You may be eligible for a credit towards the 17/18 pass purchase. You can request this credit by calling a season pass expert at 970-754-0005 by 4/23/17 or by visiting a resort ticket window before that resort is closed.
